Removal of INTERIOR ROOF MOTION SENSOR ALARM

Hi I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to remove the casing of the roof motion sensor alarm? While my car was in the garage being fixed one of the sensors has somehow been pushed into the casing and I need to put it back in place. I don’t want to just pull the casing and break it. My car is a 2014 Ford Focus zetec navigator automatic
