Looking for advice on a rear disk brake conversion from drum to rear disk brake

I have a 2011 ford focus sel I want to convert to disk brakes are there any tips kits methods I can go to achieve this conversion is it even feasible thanks in advance

That says it only works for 2008 or older will it work for my 2011

'08 to '11 is essentially the same car. Wouldn't hurt to confirm with them though.
