Locate my turbo 2.0 tdci focus titanium

I think a valve has slipped off somewhere as my turbo was whistling really loud then all of a sudden it stopped whistling and no the turbo isn't working. I can't find the turbo to see if I can simple fix myself.

Please help I've only had the car 5 days thank you
