Got an 2014 SE I want to mod. Where to start?

So I'm going to do a steering wheel replacement on my stock 2014 SE. It runs great I maintain it regularly. However I'm worried about the clutch assembly going out again (I replaced it at 107,230 miles) and I'm thinking about switching out the whole transmission for a 5-speed manual or maybe adding a turbo. It is my daily driver right now so I'm just looking to add some spice to the monotony. Any suggestions?

I'm looking at either getting an ST wheel from that same model year. Or just getting an after market that has some leather maybe some carbon fiber just for kicks. Something that's a little more durable then that POS they put in the SE. I'll post when I do replace it eventually
