2006 focus zx4

I'm having some issues and running out of ideas. Long story short my hood latch gave out. Replaced hood front end yadda yadda. It broke my air box so I cut it out and installed a cold air intake. It ran fine a bit then started lurching and jumping on the road.i removed cleaned and reinstalled already the mass air flow sensor, throttle body, idle air control valve, checked all vacuum lines and intake lines for leaks. Now it is wanting to stall some on me and has very little response and is extremely sluggish. Running out of ideas and just lookin for some input. My last idea is throttle position sensor. Oh and fyi I live in the middle of nowhere. It's an hour to O'Reilly for a diagnostic so kinda hard. Thanks in advance guys
