2002 Focus temp and fuel gauge delay moving on starting the car

I have a 2002 Focus LX that the temp and fuel gauge take 15 to 20 seconds to move each time the car is started or key switch is in the On position. They both seem to read accurately after that. Problem just started to happen. Car runs fine otherwise. Don't know if anyone else has had this happen.

Found the problem. There was a 7.5 amp Instrument Cluster fuse on the inside fuse panel that was blown. Apparently the analog gages are powered through this fuse while the cluster lights and speedometer get their voltage supply through a different path.
