08 focus idle jumps with ac on

Have a 08 that i just put new main and rod bearings, new pistons and rings, new timing set. Went together smooth and by the book. Runs great. Problem im having is when ac on and in park or gear the idle jumps and will eventually stall. If driving it runs fine with ac on. Put my ac gauges on and it has about 25lbs in it. Didnt have any issues before the rebuild. However the pcv plastic hose broke so i just used the same connectors but put rubber hose on it. Only code is the rear o2 sensor.
